The raw materials for the hose are high-quality polyester fiber, aramid fiber and polyether TPU raw materials.

After inspection, the finished raw materials are woven into the hose's reinforcement layer according to predetermined process standards and technical requirements.

The hose's TPU cover, reinforcement, and TPU liner are extruded through the weave. This method gives a very strong bond between the cover and lining, ensuring the stability of product quality.

According to the design standards, we will conduct strict water pressure testing on the hoses to ensure the reliability of the products.

After the inspected hoses are packaged, they are properly stored in the warehouse and are eventually arranged for transportation to the customer-designated destination.
